We’re holding space again — for rest, movement, and whatever you need to let go.

Join us for a late summer retreat surrounded by nature, stillness, and soft routines. Mornings with breathwork and yoga. Evenings by the fire. In between — good food, slow walks, deep rest.

No experience needed. Just a body, curiosity, and a yes. Limited spots. We like to keep things personal.
